Leddie is our Operations Manager responsible for streamlined workflows, implementing process improvements, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring seamless account management and operational accuracy. In her role, Leddie oversees the Operations Team which is responsible for opening new accounts, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate client records, while adhering to all industry regulations. Additionally, the Operations Manager is tasked with fostering a culture of exceptional customer service and client experience within the Operations Team. This includes training and mentoring, delivering personalized, high-quality service, and addressing client inquiries timely and efficiently, while ensuring a high degree of client satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
