Luke is a Financial Planner and an Investment Adviser Representative with a passion for giving each and every one of his clients the most appropriate and honest recommendations to fit their unique financial needs. Luke and his entire team recognize that service and trust are a critical part in building a strong relationship with every client, while becoming a lifelong resource for them and their families.
As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner, Luke works with his clients to create a strategy that meets their financial goals through accumulating and preserving wealth. Clientele ranges in age and profile, with specialization for high-net worth estate gifting and preservation. Luke and his team often access numerous resources to assist any person, family, or business in building their customized plan.
Luke has earned the Chartered Advisor for Senior Living designation, making him well versed in senior affairs and the planning surrounding finances as we age. He has a network of attorneys, CPA's, home health care aids and insurance companies that assist him in making sure his aging clients are cared for financially, as well as legally and physically.
As a Special Care Planner, Luke is certified in dealing with families with special needs dependents, both young and old. Luke can make sure that proper measures are taken to ensure that a special needs dependent is well cared for and they can maintain a dignified quality of life.
For the past 9 years, Luke has received the Boston Magazine Five Star Wealth Managers award for highest in service and overall satisfaction. In February 2021, Luke was featured in Forbes Magazine as one of the top 40 most successful wealth managers under the age of 40 in the Country.
Luke and his wife Amanda live on the North Shore with their four children. They are frequent travelers to Sarasota, Florida and like to be active outside of the office as much as possible. Amanda, a public school teacher with a doctorate in education, encourages continuing education and learning whenever possible. Luke is a lifetime community activist on the North Shore and active in several non-profit organizations. He is a member of the Essex Estate Planning Council, Chamber of Commerce, and has spent over 15 years on the leadership team of the Essex County BNI.
Colby Crogan

Colby Crogan joined Noble Financial Group in January 2013. Colby has spent the last 8 years working directly with clients as a Financial Services Representative and Investment Adviser Representative. Colby takes a holistic approach to planning for the current financial needs of his clients, as well as planning for their financial future. He aims to be a lifetime resource for his clients and their families.
As a Special Care Planner, Colby has been trained in dealing with families with special needs dependents of all ages. The primary focus of special needs planning is implementing proper measures to ensure that a special needs dependent is well cared for and can maintain a dignified quality of life.
Colby is a graduate of the University of Hartford, and holds a Master's Degree in Special Education from Lesley University. Colby is an active member of Best Buddies, a global organization which promotes one-on-one friendship with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. For the past 5 years Colby has participated in the Best Buddies Challenge Bike Ride from Boston to Cape Cod. In addition to the Best Buddies challenge, Colby has sponsored and been involved in a number of bike races around New England, including a number of local kid's bike races.
Colby currently resides in Lexington, Massachusetts with his wife Colleen and two sons, Patrick and Sean. He is an active member in the Lexington community, serving with the Lions Club of Lexington, and as the Director of the Boys Program for Lexington Youth Lacrosse.
