As Chief of Staff, Nicholas oversees all of Noble Financial Group's daily operations and serves as the liaison between executives, team members, and our broker-dealer. He collaborates with executives to direct all strategic business initiatives, from development through successful execution. Nicholas works to develop and foster a team environment built on open communication to not only increase the efficiency and responsiveness of existing operations but also to identify potentially new operational strategies.
